Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days after delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase or if the product has been used, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We are not liable for allergic reactions, as we list all of the ingredients for our products on our website and on each bar of soap. If you are allergic to any ingredient, please do not purchase. If you experience an allergic reaction, we recommend taking Benedryl according to the package directions and following up with a medical professional. In the event of an allergic reaction, please let us know what the problem was so we can ensure that we are continuing to deliver the best products and ingredients to our customers.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the item has been inspected and your refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please contact your bank if the credit has not been posted to your account after 10 days. If the bank is unable to provide you with information, please contact us at info@elevatenaturalselfcare.com. 


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We will replace an item if it is defective. Contact us at info@elevatenaturalselfcare.com if you would like to exchange your product for the same item.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own non-refundable shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
