Shipping policy

We ship using USPS based on the weight of the package calculated at the time of shipping. These rates are controlled by USPS, not Elevate Natural Self-Care.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you as soon as we are made aware.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Any order over 1 pound may go USPS Retail Ground or USPS Regional Priority or USPS Priority Mail depending on which is the most cost-effective for your service area. 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Elevate Natural Self-Care ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS First Class and Priority Mail, depending on order weight.

We can ship internationally, although the charges by weight may be quite high, even for small products.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Elevate Natural Self-Care charges taxes on retail orders in the state of Georgia and Arkansas. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order in any other state. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Elevate Natural Self-Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We do ship internationally. Refer to our dropdown list in the shopping cart for available countries. However, be advised that the rates will cost more than $12 for a single bar of soap.
